The Goulburn Mulwaree Council has made significant investments in an expansive river walkway and shared pathways program, aiming to reintegrate this area into the community. Starting at Marsden Weir with the Wollondilly River Walkway, the pathway now spans over 4km, reaching the Tarlo Street Bridge.
Meanwhile, the Mulwaree River Walkway commences on Bungonia Road, traverses Lansdowne Bridge, and follows Forbes Street towards Carr Confoy Sporting Fields. It then encircles the Goulburn Golf Course and the Goulburn Wetlands. In total, the shared pathways network extends approximately 20km, with plans underway for future links to further enhance connectivity.
